Our Commitment

At Aajyam Puja Products, we take pride in the quality of our puja samagri. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, we will make it right — no questions asked.

Eligible Returns

You may request a return or replacement if:

• The product arrived damaged or broken.
• The product is defective or of poor quality.
• You received the wrong product.
• The product is significantly different from what was described.

Return requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

• Products that have been used, opened, or partially consumed.
• Items damaged due to misuse or improper storage by the customer.
• Products returned without original packaging.
• Orders where the return request is raised after 7 days of delivery.

How to Raise a Return Request

1. Contact us via WhatsApp at +91 93102 49852 or email us at [email protected] within 7 days of delivery.
2. Share your order details — your name, order items, and a clear photo or video of the damaged/incorrect product.
3. We will review your request within 1–2 business days and confirm whether it is approved.
4. Return the product (if required) in its original packaging. We will share the return address upon approval.
5. Replacement or refund will be processed within 5–7 business days of receiving the returned item.

Refund Process

• Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method (UPI / bank account).
• Refunds typically reflect within 5–7 business days after approval.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
• For cash-on-delivery orders, refunds will be made via UPI or bank transfer.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges for damaged or incorrect products. If you would prefer a replacement over a refund, please mention this when raising your return request and we will arrange a replacement shipment at no extra cost.
