We deliver across India. Currently we ship to all major cities and most pin codes. If you are unsure whether we deliver to your location, please contact us on WhatsApp before placing your order.

• Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation.
• Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
• You will receive a WhatsApp message with your tracking details once your order is dispatched.

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or public holidays.

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, we will send you a tracking number via WhatsApp. You can use this to track your shipment on the courier partner's website. You can also visit our Track Your Order page.

Delivery Issues

• Delayed delivery — If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeline, please contact us and we will investigate with the courier partner.
• Incorrect address — Please ensure your delivery address is correct when placing the order. We are not responsible for non-delivery due to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
• Failed delivery attempts — If the courier is unable to deliver after multiple attempts, the package may be returned to us. Re-delivery charges may apply.
• Damaged in transit — If your package arrives visibly damaged, please take a photo before opening and contact us immediately. Refer to our Returns & Refunds Policy.
